Delete Your Account

In the app

Open Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm. This deletes your Boredom Rush account and its cloud backup right away. Progress saved on your device stays until you uninstall the App.

By email

If you no longer have the App, email support@jstudiotech.com with the subject "Delete my account" and tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google Play Games. We will delete your account and its cloud backup within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your player account identifier and your cloud backup (level, lives, tokens, streak, and the list of questions you have seen). Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. We do not keep any other data about your account.
