Email support@jstudiotech.com and tell us your device (for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8) and what happened. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Purchases

Token bundles are sold through the App Store and Google Play. If a purchase charged you but the tokens did not arrive, restart the game while online; the store delivers unfinished purchases automatically. For refunds, contact Apple or Google, who handle all payments.

Lives

Lives refill one at a time every 30 minutes, even while the game is closed. You can also watch an ad for a life (a few times per day) or buy one with tokens in the Shop. Leaving a level while a question is on screen uses a life.

Back up your progress

Sign in from Settings > Account (Sign in with Apple on iPhone, Google Play Games on Android) to back up your level, tokens and lives. After reinstalling or on a new device, sign in again to restore them.
