Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Boredom Rush (the "App"), developed by JStudio Tech, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Boredom Rush is a mobile trivia game in which players answer questions across a range of categories to progress through levels, earn in-game tokens, and unlock further content. The App may be updated from time to time to add features, fix issues, or change existing functionality.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these terms together with a parent or guardian before using the App, particularly the sections covering in-app purchases.
Lives, Tokens, and Hints
The App uses in-game lives, tokens, and hints to support gameplay. Lives are consumed when a question is answered incorrectly and regenerate automatically over time. Tokens are earned by completing levels and may be spent on hints or extra lives. These items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and exist solely for use within the App. We reserve the right to adjust the balance, availability, or rules governing these items at any time.
Purchases
The App may offer token bundles and other items for purchase using real money through the applicable app store. All purchases are processed by the app store operator (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that operator's own payment terms and refund policies. Purchased tokens are added to your account promptly after a successful transaction. All sales are final except where required otherwise by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's normal operation, using unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage, or using the App for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to artwork, trivia questions, logos, sound effects, and software code, is owned by JStudio Tech, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of defects, and we make no representation that trivia content is fully accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JStudio Tech, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of in-game progress.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
